Growing up I did Destination Imagination and fell in love with innovation and finding creative ways to deliver functional and aesthetic solutions. As I grew older, I took different turns but I kept that passion alive.
At UC San Diego, I discovered my passion for understanding user behavior and translating it into seamless interactions. I also have a keen interest in psychology, which often influences my work by providing a deeper understanding of user behavior.
My design philosophy centers around empathy and user-centricity. I believe that the best designs come from a deep understanding of users' needs, frustrations, and desires. By prioritizing user research and iterative testing, I ensure that every product I work on not only meets business goals but also delights users.
Through UX design of digital experiences, I can create first-class products with endless possibilities for improvement. I am lucky to have worked for large companies, contributing to development of products for millions of users.
At UC San Diego, I learned from one of the most well known user-centered design professors, Don Norman.
At Dexcom, I lead the design of a new desktop application, focusing on addressing customer pain points.
At SAP, I lead the design of various digital products, focusing on enhancing user experience and increasing customer satisfaction.
